Helix Swap represents the latest breakthrough in Helix's pursuit of enhancing decentralized trading for mass adoption. With this upgrade, users can effortlessly exchange assets involved in different trading pairs, all within a single, straightforward transaction.
Suppose a user desires to trade ATOM for INJ, but an INJ/ATOM pair does not exist. Here, Helix Swap steps in and empowers them to effortlessly execute this trade in a single, seamless step, eliminating the necessity of navigating from ATOM/USDT to INJ/USDT.
By streamlining the entire process, Helix makes trading a breeze and ensures that no time is wasted between both transactions on the backend. This way, users can swiftly make trades without missing out on any opportunities.
All trades are executed on the on-chain orderbook module provided by Injective, meaning that all transactions are lightning fast, low cost and transparent.
How To Use Helix Swap
Step 1: Go to Helix Swap
Go to Trade on the top-bar navigation, and select “Swap” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select the asset and amount
Select the desired asset and enter in the amount you wish to swap. You can also click MAX to quickly fill in your maximum available balance as the payment for this conversion.
Step 3: Confirm and approve the swap
Review the conversion details and click Swap to proceed. You will be prompted with a transaction approval request in the connected wallet. Once approved, the swap order will be placed.
View your trade history
Go to Activity > Spot Orders > Trade History to access all information related to your trades.
Advanced Settings
You can choose to modify your slippage tolerance. By default a 0.5% slippage tolerance will be applied to your spot conversions.
Click ⚙ from the conversion panel to open up the slippage tolerance settings and adjust accordingly.
